This Cookie policy explains which cookies and browser storage wardpane.com uses. The Site has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking from other companies.
1. Categories
Necessary (always on). Needed for the Site to work and to remember the choice you made in the cookie banner.
| Name | Type | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
wp_consent |
Cookie, wardpane.com | Remembers your cookie choice | 180 days |
Cloudflare cookies, for example __cf_bm |
Cookie, set by Cloudflare | Tell real visitors from bots and protect the Site and the download form | Up to 30 minutes, see Cloudflare’s documentation |
Preferences (optional, off until you allow them). Remember the language and theme you picked between visits.
| Name | Type | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
wp-lang |
localStorage | Your language, so the home page opens in it | Until you clear it or turn Preferences off |
wp-theme |
localStorage | Light or dark theme | Until you clear it or turn Preferences off |
If you do not allow Preferences, the same two values are kept in sessionStorage and disappear when you close the browser tab.
2. Changing your choice
Open Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Turning Preferences off deletes the saved language and theme from localStorage at once.
You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. The Site works without them, but it will ask for your choice again.
3. Changes
If we add a new category (for example, anonymous statistics), it will be off by default and the banner will ask you again. The version and date of this policy are shown at the top.
